Accredited through the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists, I work under the designation of Registered Therapeutic Counselor (R.T.C ). I received my diploma in professional counselling through the Vancouver College of Counsellor Training. I hold a Level 2 certificate from the Trauma-Informed Practice institute. As well, I’m enrolled in my second year of ongoing training in Existential Analysis through the Existential Analysis Society of Canada. My approach in our work is collaborative, where both you and I are actively working with your unique experience, in order to help you reach your goals. I utilize a variety of modalities, chosen to best suit our work together.
